What is Hibiki whisky?
Hibiki is a Japanese blended whisky made by Suntory. It combines malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from the Chita distillery, and some components are aged in Japanese Mizunara oak.

What makes Hibiki 21 special?
Every whisky in Hibiki 21 is aged at least 21 years, including some aged in rare Mizunara oak, which gives it sandalwood, incense, honey and dried fruit notes. It has been named the World's Best Blended Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards five times.

Is Hibiki 17 discontinued?
Yes. Suntory discontinued Hibiki 17 in 2018 because of a shortage of aged whisky. Age-stated Hibiki such as the 21 Year and 30 Year is still released, but only in limited quantities.

What is the difference between Hibiki Harmony and Hibiki 21?
Harmony is a no-age-statement blend, light, floral and honeyed, and works neat or in a highball. Hibiki 21 is a long-aged blend with deeper sandalwood, dried fruit and oak, and is best sipped neat.
