You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Most orders ship same day. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide via FedEx and UPS. Free delivery on all Illinois orders. An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery.

Returns & Issues
Damaged or incorrect order? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most states in the U.S. Some states have restrictions on alcohol shipments. If we can't ship to your address, you'll be notified at checkout before placing your order.
Can I pick up an online order in-store?
At this time, online orders are shipped only. For in-store purchases, visit any of our three locations or call ahead to confirm availability.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! We offer bottle engraving on select spirits. You can add engraving at checkout or contact us about custom corporate gifts.
Can I request a specific product?
Absolutely. Use the contact form below with the subject "Product Request" and include as much detail as you can — brand, size, quantity. We'll do our best to source it for you.
