Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns:
If you need to return an item, you must initiate a return request through our Service Portal and contact our Customer Service team for specific return instructions. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned unopened and in salable condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns not due to any fault of Principal are subject to a restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved and processed. i.e. packages that are returned after 3 attempts.
Cancellations:
If your order has been accepted but not yet packed, it may be cancelled without penalty. However, once the order is prepared for delivery, a cancellation fee will apply.
In-Store Purchases:
Products purchased directly from a Principal retail location must be returned to the same store with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Exclusions:
This policy does not apply to international shipments.
