Glenmorangie has crafted Highland single malt whisky since 1843 in the Scottish Highlands, renowned for using Scotland's tallest copper pot stills and innovative cask finishing techniques. The Glenmorangie core range begins with the 10 Year Original, matured exclusively in bourbon barrels for light, citrusy character. The Extra Matured Collection features expressions like Lasanta (sherry cask finished), Quinta Ruban (port cask finished), and Nectar D'Or (Sauternes cask finished), each adding distinct flavor layers through secondary maturation. Limited releases and aged expressions demonstrate the distillery's mastery of wood influence on whisky character. Glenmorangie's tall copper stills, standing at 5.14 meters, create lighter distillate that responds exceptionally well to various cask treatments.
