Tequila Ocho
Because each release comes from a single ranch, Ocho tastes a little different from batch to batch, much like vintages of wine. Ocho Plata is unaged, with bright cooked agave, citrus and pepper, and is excellent in a margarita or sipped neat. Ocho Reposado rests briefly in oak, keeping the agave forward with a touch of vanilla. Anejo and Extra Anejo spend longer in barrel for more depth. Barrel Select releases finished in Widow Jane whiskey barrels, at 48% ABV for the Anejo, are limited.
