Who makes Penelope Bourbon?
Penelope was founded in 2018 by Michael Paladini and Daniel Polise and was acquired by Luxco, a subsidiary of MGP Ingredients, in 2023. Its whiskey comes from MGP, and the Four Grain is distilled at MGP's Ross & Squibb Distillery.

What is Penelope Four Grain made from?
Penelope Four Grain is a straight bourbon made from 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye and 3% malted barley, bottled at 80 proof.

What's the difference between Penelope Rio and Valencia?
Both are limited Cooper Series bourbons. Rio is finished in American honey barrels and Brazilian amburana oak. Valencia is a four grain straight bourbon finished in Vino de Naranja orange wine casks from Sevilla, Spain.

What is American light whiskey?
