Fortaleza
The Blanco is the purest look at Fortaleza: cooked agave, citrus, olive and pepper. It is great neat or in a margarita. The Still Strength Blanco comes straight off the still with no water added, so it is richer and oilier. The Reposado adds light oak and vanilla, and the Anejo spends about 18 months in American oak for butterscotch and baking spice.
Fortaleza is made in small batches and is often allocated, so bottles sell out fast. If you see the Blanco or Still Strength in stock, grab it.
