Brooklyn Lager is the everyday pick: malty and amber with a crisp, hoppy finish. Defender IPA (6.7%) is a West Coast IPA and Pulp Art (6.5%) is a hazy IPA. Bel Air Sour is a dry-hopped sour at 5.8%. In winter, look for Black Chocolate Stout, a 10% imperial stout, and Black Ops, a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout in a corked 750ml bottle.
