The classic sour, done right: Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Fee Brothers Fee Foam for a silky, egg-free head, and Luxardo Maraschino Cherries for the garnish. Wild Turkey's 101 proof keeps the bourbon front and center against the citrus.
How to make one: add 2 oz Wild Turkey 101, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup and 2 to 3 dashes Fee Foam to a shaker. Shake hard without ice for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
