Description
The bartender's cult favorite: a sour where Angostura bitters are the base, not the accent. This rum take pairs Angostura Aromatic Bitters (16oz, you'll need it), Planteray Original Dark Rum, Finest Call Orgeat and lemon juice. Spiced, nutty and surprisingly balanced.
How to make one: shake 1 1/2 oz Angostura bitters, 1 oz orgeat, 3/4 oz lemon juice and 1/2 oz Planteray Original Dark with ice until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
