Mexico's favorite highball: Espolon Blanco tequila, two 500ML bottles of Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, lime juice and margarita salt for the rim.

How to make one: salt half the rim of a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz Espolon Blanco and 1/2 oz lime juice, then top with about 4 oz grapefruit soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lime or grapefruit wedge.
