Negroni Kit

The Negroni Kit is the simplest great cocktail there is: equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred, over ice, with an orange peel. This kit is the three bottles that make it properly.

What's in the kit

• Tanqueray London Dry Gin 750ML (94.6 proof): juniper-forward and bone dry, the backbone a Negroni needs.
• Campari 750ML (48 proof): the bitter red heart of the drink. There is no substitute.
• Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 750ML: the Piedmontese sweet vermouth with cocoa, citrus and rhubarb that bartenders quietly prefer.

The recipe

1 oz each of gin, Campari and vermouth. Stir with ice, strain over a large cube, express an orange peel over the top. Makes about 25 drinks. Keep the vermouth refrigerated once open.
