Margarita Kit

The Margarita Kit is the two bottles behind a proper margarita, the one with no mix and no sour: 100% agave tequila and real orange liqueur. Add fresh limes and you have the best margarita most people have ever had at home.

What's in the kit

• Espolon Blanco 750ML (80 proof): unaged 100% blue Weber agave from the Los Altos highlands. Peppery, citrusy and bright, built for shaking.
• Cointreau 750ML (80 proof): the original triple sec since 1875, made from sweet and bitter orange peels. The difference between a good margarita and a great one.

The recipe

2 oz Espolon Blanco, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz fresh lime juice. Shake hard with ice, strain over fresh ice in a salted glass. Makes about 12 drinks.
