Le Portier Shay is a timeless VSOP Cognac which embodies intricate craftsmanship and centuries-old tradition. Crafted with traditional methods in a Charentais copper pot still and aged in French Oak barrels, Shay artfully blends Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois grapes.

Conceived by NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe in honour of his grandmother, Mary Porter, Le Portier Shay is not just a cognac; it’s an idea, a celebration of legacy and the power to shape one’s destiny.

Tasting Notes:

Richly evocative layers of flavor and aroma travel from a delicate nose of caramelized apple and butterscotch, to a palate of dried fruits, spice and the sweet smokiness of s’mores with marshmallows toasted on the campfire.
