L'Chaim Kosher Vodka
"Its pure ingredients, distillation process and recipe is based on a formula handed down through several generations of Europeans, resulting in a slightly spicy flavor profile with vanilla aromas. L’CHAIM sources its own spring water shunning any filtering and de-mineralization treatments. Made of organic corn, gluten free GF and certified OU kosher. Its distilling process was learned and acquired in Or Akiva, on Israel’s Coastal Plain, where it went through a specially-commissioned production process that during its five distillations strips the vodka of any impurities. Round to the mouth, distinctly cool and only a sparse taste of flavor to finish. Made with extreme care and attention from small batches by passionate people, we invite you to taste the relationship between the old world and new.
