AROMA without water: Sherry influences with dried plums, apricots and demerara sugar aromas.
TASTE without water: Chilli spice initially with fresh pear and dark chocolate flavours. A subtle cigar ash edge develops.
AROMA with water: Lemon zest with hints of red apples and pear. A slight underlying aniseed aroma is also present.
