"was created by Chiyonosono Shuzo, Kumamoto Prefecture. Shochu is a traditional Japanese spirit first produced in the 1500s on Kyushu, Japan's largest southwestern island. It is incredibly popular in Japan's bars and restaurants, and has also become very popular in the U.S. Black Warrior is an artisan, super-premium barley shochu. It can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, with a splash of water or mixed in your favorite cocktail.
