Quick Facts: ABV: 40% | Produced in: Nikšić, Montenegro | Style: Premium Filtered Vodka | Producer: Noblewood Group
Production & Heritage
Beluga is produced by Noblewood Group. The grain spirit is distilled at the group's own distillery in Jaunkalsnava, Latvia, then blended with pure artesian water drawn from wells 120 meters deep. The vodka is filtered, rested and bottled at Noblewood's production site in Nikšić, Montenegro, at the foot of Trebjesa Mountain near the river Zeta, and every bottle is finished by hand with Beluga's signature metal sturgeon emblem. Technically, Beluga Noble is distinguished by triple filtration through birch charcoal followed by a month-long rest that develops its signature smoothness. The recipe also incorporates three uncommon additions, natural honey, oat extract and Silybum marianum (milk thistle) extract, each contributing subtle texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Clean and composed, revealing soft lemon zest and baking spice before settling into gentle herbal and malty undertones, with a faint honeyed sweetness underneath.
Taste: Silky and lightly sweet, with citrus and white pepper first, then vanilla, oat and a whisper of coconut for an almost creamy mouthfeel. The malt backbone keeps it grounded.
Finish: Medium in length with warm honeyed sweetness fading into grapefruit peel and a trace of pink peppercorn, closing clean without harshness.
How to Drink Beluga Noble
Best chilled and neat in a small tulip glass; a single large ice cube releases more of the oat and vanilla notes. For cocktails, try a Vodka Martini, a Vodka Mule, or a Bee's Knees made with vodka, where the honey in the spirit reinforces the honey-lemon syrup.

Why Beluga Noble?
Few vodkas undergo a 30-day rest, and fewer still incorporate honey, oat extract and milk thistle into the recipe. That combination gives Beluga Noble a textural depth most competitors don't attempt. In a category often defined by what isn't there, Beluga Noble stands out for what is.
