What's in the kit

• Aperol 750ML (22 proof): the bright orange Italian aperitivo with bitter orange, rhubarb and gentian.
• Mionetto Prosecco Brut 750ML: crisp, dry and lightly fruity Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, the spritz's home turf.

The recipe

3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda water, over ice in a big wine glass with an orange slice. Makes about 8 spritzes.
