William Grant

William Grant & Sons is a family-owned Scotch whisky company founded in 1887, best known as the maker of Glenfiddich and The Balvenie. On this page, The Liquor Barn carries William Grant Rare Cask Reserves Ghosted Reserve 26 Year, a 26-year-old blended malt Scotch whisky at 42% ABV in 750ML.

Ghosted Reserve is vatted from malt whiskies made at two distilleries that have since closed for good, which is where the 'ghosted' name comes from. At 26 years old it is a rich, mature sipping whisky to drink neat or with a drop of water, and a collector's bottle or milestone gift. Because the source distilleries are gone, releases like this are limited and rarely restocked.
