Widow Jane

Widow Jane is a Brooklyn, New York, whiskey brand known for proofing its bourbon with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale mines in upstate New York. Most of the core range is bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV), with older releases at 99 proof. The Liquor Barn carries Widow Jane 10 Years Bourbon, Decadance, Baby Jane Bourbon and Bourbon 15 Year The Vaults, all in 750ML.

Start with the 10 Year for a classic, well-aged straight bourbon to sip neat or on a large cube. Decadance is a blended straight bourbon finished in maple syrup barrels, so it reads sweeter and works in an Old Fashioned. Baby Jane is the younger small-batch pour, built around heirloom corn, for everyday drinking. The Vaults 15 Year and Black Opal 20 Year are limited, older releases at 99 proof for collectors.
