Via Carota

Via Carota Craft Cocktails is a line of ready-to-drink bottled cocktails inspired by Via Carota, the well-known West Village restaurant in New York City. Strength runs from 11% ABV for the sparkling 4-packs to 33.5% for the Old Fashioned. The Liquor Barn carries Via Carota Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini and Classic Margarita in 375ml, plus Paloma and French 75 in 4-packs.

The 375ml bottles are full-strength stirred and shaken drinks: pour over ice and you are done. The Old Fashioned is made with four-year rye, aromatic bitters, orange and brown sugar. The Espresso Martini uses vodka and real espresso at 19.2% ABV, so give it a hard shake with ice for a foamy top. The Classic Margarita is an 18% agave margarita. The sparkling 4-packs are lighter: the Paloma uses Blanco tequila in 200ml bottles and the French 75 combines gin and sparkling wine. These make easy hosting gifts and save time at parties.
