Terrible communication

The convention booth listed a pickup time slot on sunday, as did the person running the koval booth, but there was no van there when we arrived. We called liquor barn to ask, they confirmed there was no pickup, but offered to ship the bottle to me, as we didn’t have time to spare to drive to their location due to travel constraints. Confirmed my info over the phone, I never heard back via text or email, and just received notice that my order was cancelled. Just kind of disappointed that the miscommunication and very limited pickup hours caused me to miss out.
