Ming River is a Baijiu (Chinese gain spirit) produced in Sichuan be China's oldest continuously operating distillery from locally harvested red sorghum grain. An uncompromisingly bold spirit with notes of pineapple and anise. Ming River is traditionally enjoyed neat along side spicy Sichuan cuisine while also opening new possibilities for a range of rum and amaro based cocktails.
