New Holland Brewing is a Holland, Michigan, brewery and distillery started by Brett VanderKamp and Jason Spaulding. Its Dragon's Milk, first released in 2001, is a bourbon barrel-aged stout, and the company began distilling in 2005. The Liquor Barn stocks Dragon's Milk Origin Bonded Bourbon, Dragon's Milk Origin Bourbon, Beer Barrel 101 Proof Bourbon and Beer Barrel Bourbon in 750ML, plus Dragon's Milk Stout and variants such as Reserve S'mores, Crimson Keep and Tales of Gold in 4-packs.

Dragon's Milk Origin is New Holland's own bourbon, made from a high-barley mash bill, aged at least five years in charred American oak and bottled at 95 proof. The Bonded version is 100 proof, a sturdier sip or Old Fashioned base. Beer Barrel Bourbon is finished in barrels that held Dragon's Milk stout; expect a roasty, chocolate-leaning finish, and it mixes easily. The stout itself is 11% ABV, built for slow sipping.
