Description

Our exploration for the ultimate representation of cool climate Pinot Noir in Sonoma County continues with this beautifully balanced vintage. Comprised of five vineyards in four AVAs (37% Green Valley, 34% Sonoma Coast, 20% Russian River Valley, 9% Carneros), 2021 had below average rainfall resulting in densely concentrated flavors. 

 

The wine opens with aromas of fresh meadow, sandalwood and the sea breezes that come in from the Pacific Ocean. Our use of varying amounts of whole cluster gives it freshness and precision. The mouthfeel is velvety smooth with integrated tannins and well-placed weight. A mix of black and red fruits with a hint of spice on the palate play toward an uplifting, enjoyable finish. A great introduction to our Pinot Noir portfolio, this wine is delicious and a great companion for your favorite meals and festivities.
