Little Book

Little Book is an annual, limited release of uncut, unfiltered blended American whiskey created by Freddie Noe, the eighth generation of the Beam family. Releases are bottled at cask strength, around 120 proof. The Liquor Barn carries Little Book Edition 1: The Infinite 18 Year Bourbon (119.3 proof) and lists Little Book Chapter 9 (121.8 proof), both in 750ML.

Each Little Book chapter is a new blend of different Kentucky straight whiskeys, ages and mash bills, so every year tastes different. Chapter 9 blends five Kentucky straight whiskeys. Edition 1: The Infinite is a blended bourbon built around 18-year-old whiskey. Both are big, rich sippers: pour a small measure, add a few drops of water and let it open up. These are collector bottles and do not stay on the shelf long.
