Hofbrauhaus

Hofbräuhaus is the beer of Hofbräu München, the Bavarian state brewery in Munich founded in 1589 and home of the famous Hofbräuhaus beer hall. Its year-round beers run from 4.9% ABV Helles to 5.5% ABV Dunkel. The Liquor Barn carries Hofbräuhaus Helles Lager 4Pk, Lagerbier 6Pk, Dunkel 6Pk, Hefeweisse 6Pk and the rotating Seasonal 6Pk.

Helles is the soft, golden Munich lager everyone orders first. Lagerbier is the brewery's classic pale lager. Dunkel is a dark Munich lager with bread crust and light caramel, great with roast pork and sausages. Hefeweisse is an unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer with banana and clove. The Seasonal 6Pk rotates through styles like Oktoberfestbier, Maibock and winter beers, so check the label for the current release.
