Foursquare

(10 products)
Foursquare is a Barbados rum distillery in St. Philip, run by master distiller Richard Seale, known for blending pot and column still rum with no added sugar or coloring. Bottlings range from 46% ABV for R.L. Seales 12 Year to cask strength near 60% ABV for Exceptional Cask Selection releases. The Liquor Barn carries Foursquare Probitas White Rum and R.L. Seales 12 Year in 750ml, plus limited ECS releases like Equipoise and Mandamus when available.

The Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) is a numbered series of aged, often cask-strength releases, finished or matured in casks such as ex-bourbon, sherry or Madeira. These are limited and sell through fast. For a daily pour, R.L. Seales 12 Year is a 46% ABV blend aged at least twelve years. Probitas is a 47% ABV white rum that blends Barbados and Jamaican rum, a strong pick for daiquiris. Sip the aged rums neat or with a drop of water.
