Delirium Tremens is brewed with three yeast strains, giving a fruity, spicy golden ale with a dry finish that hides its strength. Nocturnum is darker and maltier, with caramel and dried fruit. Delirium Red is a fruit beer brewed with cherries. Noel is a rich, warming holiday ale, also sold in a 2Pk gift set. Black Barrel Aged is an 11.5% ABV bourbon barrel-aged dark ale. Serve in a tulip glass, not ice cold, and pour slowly to leave the yeast in the bottle.
