SMELL: Cooked Fruit & Baking Spices. Esters, Banana Peel & Yellow Apple. Nut Loaf, Toffee, Citrus Oils, Wet Grass.

STRUCTURE: Tobacco, Cedar, & Vanilla. Worn Leather. Moderate Acidity, Textural, Dry & Clean Finish.

TASTING NOTES: Highly versatile spirit with an inviting nose, and flavors that are equally compelling and complex. A masterful blend of 8-year-old Barbados, Dominican and Trinidadian column still rums individually aged in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, and combined with high ester unaged Jamaican pot still rum. 100% rum with no added sugar, coloring, or flavoring.
