Concha y Toro is Chile's largest wine producer, founded in 1883, with wines from everyday Frontera to the top-tier Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon from Puente Alto in the Maipo Valley. The Liquor Barn stocks Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in 750ml, Frontera Cabernet, Malbec and Carmenere in 1.5L, plus Marques de Casa Concha and Don Melchor.

Pick by tier. Frontera, at 12% to 12.5% ABV in 1.5L bottles, is the party and everyday line. Casillero del Diablo is the flagship, with Carmenere from Peumo, Chile's signature red grape, plus Cabernet, Malbec, Merlot and the Dark Red and Red Blends. Gran Reserva and Marques de Casa Concha step up to single-region wines, like the Maipo Cabernet and Peumo Carmenere. Terrunyo is single vineyard, and Don Melchor is the estate's icon wine.

For whites, try Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc from cool valleys, or the Limari and Casablanca Chardonnay.
