Clear Creek Distillery

Clear Creek Distillery is an Oregon craft distillery known for fruit brandies and eaux de vie, such as its pear brandy from Hood River. Most bottles are 40% to 42.5% ABV. The Liquor Barn carries Clear Creek Pear Brandy 750ml, Kirschwasser 750ml, Apple Brandy 750ml and Cranberry Liqueur, and lists the 375ml Pear and Apple and the Pot Distilled brandy.

Eau de vie is clear, unaged fruit brandy that tastes like the fruit itself. Clear Creek Pear Brandy is distilled from Williams (Bartlett) pears and is the classic pick: bright, floral and intensely pear. Kirschwasser is a German-style cherry eau de vie from fresh Bing cherries, the traditional splash for fondue and Black Forest cake. Apple Brandy is distilled from Golden Delicious apples and aged in the Calvados style. Pot Distilled is a grape brandy from Pacific Northwest wine at 42.5%. Cranberry Liqueur is lighter at 19.5%, from Oregon coast cranberries. Serve eau de vie slightly chilled in a small glass after dinner. Browse more in our brandy collection.
