Chimay
Each Chimay is known by its cap color. Première (Red) is a 7% ABV dubbel, copper colored with fruity yeast. Cinq Cents (White) is an 8% ABV tripel, the driest and hoppiest of the range. Grande Réserve (Blue) is a 9% ABV strong dark ale that ages well in the cellar. Dorée (Gold) is the light 4.8% ABV ale once brewed only for the monks. Pour into a chalice, leaving the yeast in the bottle.
