Boutari
Each Boutari wine is named for its region. Boutari Santorini is a dry white of 100% Assyrtiko from the volcanic island, with mineral, citrusy bite that suits grilled fish. Moschofilero, from Mantinia, is a light, floral white at 11.5%. Naoussa is 100% Xinomavro, Greece's answer to Nebbiolo, with firm tannin and red fruit for lamb or roasts. Nemea is 100% Agiorgitiko, a softer, rounder red. The Kretikos Red and White come from Crete and are easy, everyday bottles for a Greek dinner. Lac Des Roches is a dry white from Savatiano.
