Witbier is an unfiltered wheat beer spiced with coriander and orange peel, so it pours hazy and pale with a soft, creamy texture. Blanche De Bruxelles has bright citrus, light spice and a gentle wheat sweetness, with low bitterness. It is a good summer beer and a natural match for mussels, salads, goat cheese and Thai food. Serve it cold, around 40 to 45 degrees, in a tall glass, and swirl the last bit in the bottle to pour the yeast for full flavor.
