Black Swan

Black Swan is an Australian wine brand from South Eastern Australia, made in a fruit-forward, everyday style at about 13% to 13.5% ABV. The Liquor Barn lists Black Swan Shiraz, Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon in 1.5L magnums, plus Black Swan Cabernet Sauvignon in 750ml.

These are value wines built for parties and weeknights, and the 1.5L size gives you two standard bottles in one. Black Swan Shiraz is Australia's signature red style: ripe and juicy with plum, blackberry and a little pepper, good with burgers and barbecue. The Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with blackcurrant and soft tannins, and the Merlot is the softest, smoothest of the reds. Black Swan Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay, fruity and round, for chicken, pasta or sipping on the patio. Store opened magnums in the fridge with a stopper and finish within a few days.
