Patron
Patrón Silver is unaged, bright and peppery, the pick for margaritas and Palomas, and Patrón Silver 100 Proof is a stronger blanco for cocktails. Reposado rests at least two months in oak and picks up vanilla and caramel, and Añejo ages at least a year for a rounder sipping tequila. Hacienda Patrón still crushes part of its agave with traditional tahona stone wheels. For margaritas, add Patrón Citrónge Orange, Patrón's own orange liqueur. See more in our tequila collection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I buy Patrón online?
Order Patrón on theliquorbarn.com from The Liquor Barn, a family-owned Chicago-area retailer. We ship nationwide where state law allows, and most orders ship within 24 hours. An adult 21 or older must sign for the delivery. You can also order online for pickup at our Wheeling or Vernon Hills store.
What Patrón products and sizes does The Liquor Barn carry?
We stock Patrón Silver in 200ML, 375ML, 750ML and 1.75L, Reposado in 200ML to 1.75L, Añejo in 375ML, 750ML and 1.75L, plus Silver 100 Proof, Cristalino, Extra Añejo, El Alto, Gran Patrón Platinum, Gran Patrón Piedra, XO Cafe and Citrónge.
What is the difference between Patrón Silver and Reposado?
Patrón Silver is unaged and bottled after distillation, so it tastes crisp and agave-forward. Reposado rests in oak barrels for at least two months, which adds vanilla and caramel notes.
Is Patrón 100% agave tequila?
Yes. All Patrón tequila is made from 100% Weber Blue Agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico.
How should Patrón tequila be served?
Patrón Silver is made for margaritas and other mixed drinks. Reposado and Añejo are best neat or on the rocks, and Extra Añejo and Gran Patrón are for slow sipping.
